Take the first step towards becoming a cabin counselor! Participants focus on service, leadership skills, and counseling techniques while spending one week at camp. Junior Counselors begin with a training weekend in the spring (highly recommended, but not mandatory) and then are assigned to a cabin of campers for a week as they develop new skills, build strong relationships, and have an incredible camp experience. JC volunteerism does not guarantee a future counselor position. Additional weeks are often assigned if requested.
