BEFORE making a reservation at your Y, please read access requirements:

Reservations are open 24 hours prior to start time and spots are only reserved until the beginning of the start time. To cancel a reservation, please select the cancel link in your confirmation email and confirm your email address.

**The Safari browser is not compatible with the reservation system. Chrome is the preferred browser.
**Please be sure to check your email’s spam/junk folder for your confirmation or waitlist email.

To reserve a spot,

  1. Hit Reset to remove any previous searches
  2. Choose your desired Date from the calendar
  3. Choose your branch Location
  4. Choose a Schedule (optional):
    • Not all schedule offerings are available at all branches
  5. Hit Search
  6. Select Reserve next to your desired class, then enter your full name and email address. Only one name and email per reservation. (e.g. If two people from the same household want the 9am lap swim, Jane Smith/janesmith@email.com, and Joe Smith/joesmith@email.com they need to have different email addresses). You will receive an email, please open the email to see if you are on the WAITLIST or your spot is CONFIRMED.
    • The email also contains instructions on how to cancel your reservation. We ask that you respect your fellow Y members and cancel your reservation if you cannot make the time you reserved. We have a very limited amount of spots and by not canceling your reservation means that someone else can’t attend.
  7. If the Reserve button is not showing next to the zone it is outside 24 hours. It will show within the 24-hour window prior to availability.
  8. To allow for all members an opportunity to access the Y, we ask that you only reserve one zone per day.
  9. Bring your own mask or face covering.
    • Washington State now requires members to wear a mask or face covering while in the facility but you do not have to wear a mask or face covering while exercising.
    • We strongly suggest to members of the Litehouse Y in Sandpoint, ID to wear a mask or face covering while in the facility but you do not have to wear a mask or face covering while exercising.

We know that staying fit and active is our best way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. Since you can’t make it to your branch right now, we have launched online exercise classes to support the health and well-being of our community.

ZOOM Classes

(All Zoom classes will follow the Branch Holiday Schedule – click any branch location for Holiday Hours)

As thank you and added benefit to those Y members that are able to keep their membership active, we have launched Zoom fitness classes especially for you!

  1. You will need to have Zoom For Client Meetings downloaded on your computer, laptop, iPad, or tablet. If you have questions check out the Zoom Tutorial.
  2. Click on the class below that you would like to attend no later than 5pm the night before the class.
    • When you click the link, it will generate an email from you to the appropriate Health & Wellness Director Host.
    • In your email message please include:
      • Your full name
      • Your home branch
      • Name of the class, day, time & date you will be attending (e.g. Zumba Gold, Thursday, 8:30 am, May 14)
  3. You will receive a confirmation email the night before the class (make sure to check your junk/spam email folders) with the Zoom class link and password.
  4. On the scheduled day and time of your class, use the Zoom link and instructions in the confirmation email to join the class.
  5. Before the Zoom class, prepare your space for exercise and dress in appropriate attire as all participants and the instructor will be able to see you.

PLEASE NOTE: This platform is new to us and we thank you for your patience as we work through the technical details. Our goal is to streamline the process but for now, you will need to do step 2 for EVERY class you would like to attend. The Zoom link you will receive only works for the class on the date/time you specified in your email request.
