Group Exercise Schedules
For our members’ safety, we conduct annual maintenance on our gym and studio floors. To complete the floor refinishing process we must temporarily close our gyms and studios. Please see the closure schedule below. You may want to take this opportunity to visit one of our other branches. Your membership gives you access to all YMCA of the Inland Northwest locations.
Gym Maintenance Closures:
Central Y: June 27 – July 7 Revised
North Y: May 8 – May 19
Valley Y: May 23 – June 2
Studio Maintenance Closures:
Central Y: May 23 – June 2
South: May 31 at 7pm – June 2
North Y: June 13 – 23
Valley Y: June 27 – July 7
Reservations Required for Cycle and TRX Classes. Due to limited equipment and high demand, you should always reserve your spot for class. Should you need to cancel your spot, please do so to open a spot if there is a wait list. Simply scroll down to see the link to register for your desired class.

To Reserve a spot in your preferred class, please enter your full name and email address after selecting Reserve next to your desired class. You will receive an email confirmation with the option of canceling your reservation if need be. You will also be emailed regarding wait-list status if applicable.
Sign-ups are open 24 hours prior to class start time and spots are only reserved until the beginning of class. To cancel a reservation, please select the cancel link in your confirmation email and confirm your email address.
Group Exercise classes are free to members. Children ages 7-11 are welcome in classes with an adult at the instructor’s discretion. Must be 13 or older to participate in TRX.
