NOTE: Children ages 7 – 11 are welcome in a class with an adult. Children must be 13 or older for TRX.

  • TRX and Cycling classes require reservations based on available equipment.
  • Virtual Group Exercise classes require reservations so that the Zoom link can be sent via email for access to class.
