Our virtual classes use the Zoom platform. You will need to have Zoom For Client Meetings downloaded on your computer, laptop, iPad, or tablet. If you have questions please view the Zoom Tutorial.

YMCA Member Virtual Class Reservation Instructions:

  1. Sign in to your MotionVibe account on either desktop or mobile app. If you don’t have a MotionVibe account yet, click here to sign-up.
  2. Under Virtual Fitness, click on View Schedule
  3. Click Name of the Class

Click on the class name to choose the class

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Click Register

Click on register

Access to the Zoom class will be available 10 min prior to the scheduled time, click the Watch Now link in the confirmation email or on the MotionVibe schedule.

Community Members, age 60+ can attend Virtual classes titled AOA (Active Older Adult) thanks to a partnership with Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington

Community Members AOA virtual class reservation instructions:

  1. Please email Jade Smith no later than 5pm the day before the class you would like to attend
  2. In your email message please include: Your full name, name of the class, day, time & date you will be attending (e.g. AOA Chair Fitness, Monday, 11 am, Nov 23).

The YMCA Virtual Personal Training service brings together expert advice on wellbeing and exercise, backed with the latest strength conditioning techniques, along with years of professional personal training experience.

Our programming includes a combination of personalized assessments and progressive exercise program design; email support to answer your questions along the way; and access to an exclusive library of written and video materials. We provide comprehensive and sustained support for you to build your toolbox and achieve your goals.
