To enhance and add value to your Y membership we offer the YMCA360 app that matches the on-the-go lifestyles of users of all ages. This app is unlike any other product on the market today with over 2,800 live and on-demand programs for spirit, mind, and body. Plus, easy access to local branch information, notifications, and reservations. We can’t wait for you to experience its benefits:

WHAT IS YMCA360?

YMCA360 is an app that gives you 24/7, 365 access more than 1,000 high quality, on-demand instructional videos and live streaming programs brought digitally to life. No matter where you are, the Y is with you.

WHY ARE YOU CHANGING APPS?

Our members deserve the best and we are constantly looking for ways to enhance the member experience. This new app will give you access anytime, anywhere to the ultimate healthy living digital experience for members of all ages and activity levels. This robust platform combines immersive, healthy living with the values of the YMCA in a transformational presentation utilizing best-in-class people, programs and systems delivering the ultimate connected community. More than just group exercise, YMCA360 has something for everyone of any interest or age from youth to seniors. Enjoy nutrition classes, exercise classes, personal training, sports training, kids programming, art classes and more all in a mobile, web or TV experience. Plus, you will still have access to local branch schedules, barcode check-in, and more.

HOW DO I ACCESS YMCA360?
YMCA360 can be accessed from your desktop, laptop, mobile device, or TV.

  • Web – ymca360.org
  • Mobile – iOS and Android
    • Just search for YMCA360 in the app store, download the appropriate app.
  • TV – Android, AppleTV and Roku
    • Just search for YMCA360 in either the AppleTV store or using Roku Search to download the appropriate app.
  • Login Process
    • Click the login button.
    • Enter your zip code, click continue.
    • Select your branch.
    • Enter the email address associated with your YMCA membership account* click continue.
    • You will receive a 6-digit verification code to the email address provided (if you don’t receive it quickly, check your junk or spam folders).
    • Enter this code and click continue

*View your Y membership account information to check or add your email address.

WHAT DO I DO IF YMCA360 IS UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE ME AS A MEMBER AND WON’T LET ME IN?

Chances are we do not have the email address you entered currently on file. You can access your Account online to add or update your email address at My Account or contact your YMCA branch to update your email address.

YMCA360 IS ASKING ME FOR A SIX-DIGIT CODE. WHAT IS THAT?

The first time you log-in on a new device, YMCA360 will authenticate your access by sending an verification email to the email address entered. Go to the email and enter the six-digit code into the app.

WILL I HAVE TO ENTER THE VERIFICATION CODE EVERY TIME I LOG ON?

No, not every time as long as you don’t logout. To leave the app and move to another screen, just swipe up.  You will have to use the verification process when logging in on a new device, if you Logout, or following periodic app updates.

WHAT KIND OF VIDEOS ARE AVAILABLE?

In addition to the videos on the home screen, On-demand and Live categories include:

  • Kids & Family: A wide array of programs for youth and families. Everything from basketball, kids’ yoga, cooking tutorials, gymnastics, soccer, dance lessons, STEM activities, and family fitness.
  • Mind & Body: A huge assortment of programs to help strengthen your mind and body including Pilates, Tai Chi, meditation, and a wide variety of yoga programs for all levels.
  • Fitness First: Get moving with our treasure trove of fitness videos that cover everything from weightlifting and stretching, to Boot Camp, Y Box, Latin Dance and much more!
  •  Around the Y: This channel features local content from other Ys across the country.
  • Boomers & Beyond: An assortment of exercise and fitness videos designed for anyone over the age of 55 needing something adapted for the active older adult.
  • Live Streaming: This channel features scheduled LIVE content from Ys across the country. Tune in and interact with fellow participants as well as your instructor! The Live Streaming category can be searched by date and by category so you can find the perfect workout for you on your schedule.

HOW DO I FIND CLASSES AND PROGRAM AREA SCHEDULES? 

Open the App and click look for the Y logo at the bottom center of the screen. Select Schedules. Then select the program i.e. Aquatics, Group Fitness, etc. You will see the schedule for each day at the home branch you entered. To view schedules at other branches, click on the blue button with three lines in the upper right corner to select the branch you want to see.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS? 

Open the App and click look for the Y logo at the bottom center of the screen. Select Schedules. Then select the program i.e. Aquatics, Group Fitness, etc. You will see the schedule for each day at the home branch you entered. For classes that require a reservation i.e. TRX, cycling, etc., simply click the Reserve button. You will receive an email confirming your reservation. In that email you can change or cancel your reservation if needed. If you cancel your reservation you will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.

WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE VIDEO CAROUSELS ON THE HOME SCREEN?

  • Recently Watched: This carousel is customized for you based upon your recently viewed programs. If you find something you really like and want to repeat the class, you should find it waiting for you here!
  • Featured: An assortment of videos curated by YMCA360 for members.
  • New Releases: Each Monday, we’ll feature the week’s new releases here!
  • Playlists: Curated content for you to discover new content.

WHAT CONTENT DO I HAVE ACCESS TO AS A YMCA MEMBER?

As a member you have access to everything on the platform at no additional charge!

CAN VIDEOS BE DOWNLOADED TO WATCH OFFLINE?

YMCA360 videos cannot be downloaded. YMCA360 is available wherever you are with an internet connection.

WHAT IS THE REPLAY ICON NEXT TO SOME OF THE LIVESTREAMING VIDEOS?

This icon indicates the video is a replay of a recent Livestreamed class. We know that you may not be able to make the Livestreaming at the time they are live so we have added additional times this video is available so you don’t have to worry about missing your favorite class!

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED OR THE FACILITY CLOSES UNEXPECTEDLY?

Yes, the app will send out notifications. Please check your notifications settings on your phone: the default is ‘Deliver Quietly’ Update your settings to make sure you see them, Settings –> Notifications, scroll to YMCA360 –> allow notifications and sounds and select the alerts you prefer.  When you open the app a red dot will show on the Y logo (bottom, center of your phone screen) to indicate you have a message waiting. Click the Y logo and select Messages to see the notification.

YMCA360 Healthy Heart Challenge

February is American Heart Month! We are inviting all YMCA members to join our Heart-Healthy Fitness Challenge on YMCA360 and show your heart some love! Mix it up with YMCA360’s virtual and live-streaming classes or join us in person for a variety of fun and engaging workouts. Whether you’re dancing, cycling, or stretching, every move counts! Challenge yourself, connect with others, and feel the difference a healthy heart can make.

Open the YMCA360 app and choose ‘My Challenges’ to get started!

  • Challenge Runs: Feb 1 – 28
  • Goal: Complete 600 min of moderate-intensity aerobic activity
  • Prizes will be awarded to five YMCA members who complete the 600 min by Feb 28 (max 1 hour per day)
  • Points can only be accumulated/tracked on your YMCA360 app or desktop account.
  • Winners will be determined by a random drawing.
  • If you connect YMCA360 to your wearable device (Apple watch, Fitbit, etc.) your workouts will be added automatically.(See instructions on how to connect a wearable device)
  • If you don’t have a wearable device you can add your workouts/time manually. (See instructions)
