YMCA360 is an app that gives you 24/7, 365 access more than 1,000 high quality, on-demand instructional videos and live streaming programs brought digitally to life. No matter where you are, the Y is with you.
WHY ARE YOU CHANGING APPS?
Our members deserve the best and we are constantly looking for ways to enhance the member experience. This new app will give you access anytime, anywhere to the ultimate healthy living digital experience for members of all ages and activity levels. This robust platform combines immersive, healthy living with the values of the YMCA in a transformational presentation utilizing best-in-class people, programs and systems delivering the ultimate connected community. More than just group exercise, YMCA360 has something for everyone of any interest or age from youth to seniors. Enjoy nutrition classes, exercise classes, personal training, sports training, kids programming, art classes and more all in a mobile, web or TV experience. Plus, you will still have access to local branch schedules, barcode check-in, and more.
HOW DO I ACCESS YMCA360?
YMCA360 can be accessed from your desktop, laptop, mobile device, or TV.

WHAT DO I DO IF YMCA360 IS UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE ME AS A MEMBER AND WON’T LET ME IN?
Chances are we do not have the email address you entered currently on file. You can access your Account online to add or update your email address at My Account or contact your YMCA branch to update your email address.
YMCA360 IS ASKING ME FOR A SIX-DIGIT CODE. WHAT IS THAT?
The first time you log-in on a new device, YMCA360 will authenticate your access by sending an verification email to the email address entered. Go to the email and enter the six-digit code into the app.
WILL I HAVE TO ENTER THE VERIFICATION CODE EVERY TIME I LOG ON?
No, not every time as long as you don’t logout. To leave the app and move to another screen, just swipe up. You will have to use the verification process when logging in on a new device, if you Logout, or following periodic app updates.

HOW DO I FIND CLASSES AND PROGRAM AREA SCHEDULES?
Open the App and click look for the Y logo at the bottom center of the screen. Select Schedules. Then select the program i.e. Aquatics, Group Fitness, etc. You will see the schedule for each day at the home branch you entered. To view schedules at other branches, click on the blue button with three lines in the upper right corner to select the branch you want to see.
HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS?
Open the App and click look for the Y logo at the bottom center of the screen. Select Schedules. Then select the program i.e. Aquatics, Group Fitness, etc. You will see the schedule for each day at the home branch you entered. For classes that require a reservation i.e. TRX, cycling, etc., simply click the Reserve button. You will receive an email confirming your reservation. In that email you can change or cancel your reservation if needed. If you cancel your reservation you will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.
WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE VIDEO CAROUSELS ON THE HOME SCREEN?

As a member you have access to everything on the platform at no additional charge!
CAN VIDEOS BE DOWNLOADED TO WATCH OFFLINE?
YMCA360 videos cannot be downloaded. YMCA360 is available wherever you are with an internet connection.
WHAT IS THE REPLAY ICON NEXT TO SOME OF THE LIVESTREAMING VIDEOS?
This icon indicates the video is a replay of a recent Livestreamed class. We know that you may not be able to make the Livestreaming at the time they are live so we have added additional times this video is available so you don’t have to worry about missing your favorite class!
WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED OR THE FACILITY CLOSES UNEXPECTEDLY?
Yes, the app will send out notifications. Please check your notifications settings on your phone: the default is ‘Deliver Quietly’ Update your settings to make sure you see them, Settings –> Notifications, scroll to YMCA360 –> allow notifications and sounds and select the alerts you prefer. When you open the app a red dot will show on the Y logo (bottom, center of your phone screen) to indicate you have a message waiting. Click the Y logo and select Messages to see the notification.
