YMCA Hires Human Resources Senior Director

The YMCA of the Inland Northwest is pleased to announce Monica Branson has accepted the position of Senior Human Resources Director. 

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Monica brings a deep passion for building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting mission-driven organizations. Her background includes extensive work in employee development, organizational strategy, and leadership coaching across both nonprofit and corporate sectors.

Monica earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Her commitment to lifelong learning and collaborative leadership will be a strong asset as she leads the YMCA’s HR efforts across the Inland Northwest.
