YMCA Hires New Chief Financial Officer

The YMCA of the Inland Northwest has hired Nicolle Laporte as the new Chief Financial Officer effective January 8. Laporte previously served as the CFO for Skils’kin where she oversaw Accounting, IT, Payroll and Human Resources. A native of Calgary, Alberta, Laporte began her career in industries ranging from wholesale distribution to franchising after earning her BA in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge, AB. In 2008, she relocated to Spokane, where she completed the MBA program at Whitworth University and received her Certificate in Women’s Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. Nicolle serves as Vice Chair for the Transitions board, is the Treasurer/Secretary of Rotary 21, and is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Spokane. She is excited to bring her skills, knowledge, and servant-leadership philosophy to the Y.
