REC & Family Activity Centers

Recreational & Engagement Center (REC)

A welcoming space designed for connection, recreation, and community. During designated hours, the center is reserved exclusively for Club 7–11 participants. Outside of those hours, the REC is open to YMCA members and families to relax, play, connect, and enjoy time together in a safe and engaging environment. Available at the Central, North, and Valley Y locations.

Family Activity Center

Available exclusively at the North Y, the Family Activity Center features hands-on activities, creative play, and interactive experiences designed for families to enjoy together.

Club 7 – 11 is a fun and engaging youth program designed for children ages 7–11. It provides a safe, welcoming space where kids can build friendships, grow as leaders, and enjoy a variety of games, activities, and community projects. This program is held in the REC at Central, North, and Spokane Valley Y.

For the safety of all Club 7-11 participants:

• Sign In/Out Required: Parents/guardians must sign their child in and out each visit
• Stay On-Site: Parents/guardians must remain in the facility during the program
• Program Area: Children must stay in the designated Club 7–11 area until picked up
