Virtual Classes

Virtual Classes

Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. During this unprecedented time, we have launched a variety of virtual exercise classes to support the health and well-being of our community.

We are working hard to provide options and additional benefits for our members and trust that you will find a class that you love. Remember you are not alone, and your Y community is still here!

Virtual Classes

(All Virtual classes will follow the Branch Holiday Schedule – click any branch location for Holiday Hours)

As an added benefit to those Y members that are able to keep their membership active, we have virtual fitness classes especially for you – with your favorite local instructors!

Our virtual classes use the Zoom platform. You will need to have Zoom For Client Meetings downloaded on your computer, laptop, iPad, or tablet. If you have questions please view the Zoom Tutorial.
