Your Y At Home – Virtual Workouts
We know that staying fit and active is our best way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. Since you can’t make it to our branch right now, the Y is launching online exercise classes to support the health and well-being of our community. (Please read Health & Safety Warning below before beginning any exercise routine)
As thank you and added benefit to those Y members that are able to keep their membership active, we have launched Zoom fitness classes especially for you! See schedule and instructions
If you had previously canceled your membership or placed it on hold and would like to reactivate your membership to take advantage of the Zoom classes, please give us a call 509 777 9622.
If your membership is on hold or you had to cancel, we understand and have provided a variety of other online fitness class options below.
We have launched Facebook Live classes taught by YMCA of the Inland Northwest instructors. Although these classes are geared more towards Active Older Adults, we wanted to share the schedule with all our members as these classes can be beneficial to all fitness levels.
Designed to help you and your family engage with the YMCA virtually from the comfort of home. Popular group exercise classes like boot camp, barre, and yoga taught by YMCA instructors are available now at no cost. New classes will be posted on a regular basis so check back often.
We are working hard to provide options and additional benefits for our members and trust that you will find a class that you love. Remember you are not alone, and your Y community is still here! Get Started Now – YMCA 360
