The YMCA Virtual Personal Training service brings together expert advice on wellbeing and exercise, backed with the latest strength conditioning techniques, along with years of professional personal training experience.
Our programming includes a combination of personalized assessments and progressive exercise program design; email support to answer your questions along the way; and access to an exclusive library of written and video materials. We provide comprehensive and sustained support for you to build your toolbox and achieve your goals.
We have Facebook Live classes taught by YMCA of the Inland Northwest instructors. Although these classes are geared more towards Active Older Adults, we wanted to share the schedule with all our members as these classes can be beneficial to all fitness levels.
