Strength for Our Journey Series: Giving us the ability to flex and bounce back when facing challenges.

Find a genuine connection in this online support group through the Y. Open to everyone age 55 and older who want to build your health in spirit, mind, and body together. We want to create opportunities for you to thrive during this pandemic season with greater purpose, connection, and well-being.
Each café is one hour on Zoom starting with a large group time of welcome. The next 15 minutes feature an expert on the subject followed by a 20-minute reflective dialogue in small groups about the subject. Everyone is invited to listen and contribute as you feel comfortable. The large group gathers again for the last five minutes for a note of encouragement. Community Cafés are provided at no-cost and available to everyone. You do not need to be a Y member to participate.
