This 30-day fitness challenge is available at no-cost to you. The challenge combines your Y community with Y-approved workouts – to help you stay active, connected, and motivated outside of the Ys doors. Oh, and to have a little fun and competition while doing so! Compete with other Y members from across the nation to complete 600 activity minutes. Our branches are currently closed but the mission of the Y is bigger than a building - that is why we are asking Y members who can, to stay with us.
