Spokane YMCAs Phase 2 Limited Opening

Spokane YMCAs Phase 2 Limited Opening – by Appointment Only

The guidelines state access is by appointment only during Phase 2. When we are able to get to Phase 3 more operations will be able to come back.

What This Means:

Phase 2 restrictions are challenging and we are doing our best to provide our members access to the Y in the safest means possible. We are adhering to Governor Inslee and Dr. Lutz’s requirements and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this ever-changing landscape.

What You Can Expect:

  • There will be NO walk-in ability
  • Bring your own mask. Washington State now requires members to wear a mask or face covering while in the facility but you do not have to wear a mask or face covering while exercising.
  • Each branch will have Fitness Zones which will include areas on the Wellness Floors, Weight Equipment, and Group Exercise Classes. Click here for branch Fitness Zone & Group Exercise descriptions and hours.
  • You must be pre-registered (ONLINE or call 509 777 9622) to reserve your time in a Fitness Zone. To allow for all members an opportunity to access the Y, we ask that you only reserve one zone per day.
  • Reservations for Fitness Zones open 24 hours in advance of the day/time you wish to come to the Y. If the RESERVE button is not showing next to the zone it is outside 24 hours. It will show within the 24-hour window prior to availability.
  • No more than 5 people per zone, per hour
  • Each Branch’s open hours will be different and are based on Fitness Zone availability. See schedule.

Membership Options:

  1. Members that have kept their membership active through our facility closures can reserve appointments for our Fitness Zones. Thank you for staying with us!
  2. Is your membership on hold? No worries! Reserve your spot in a Fitness Zone and we will have your membership reset to “Active” with a prorated membership fee* before you arrive. *Fee will be based on the remaining days before your next draft is scheduled (21st or 1st depending on your account).
  3. Still not ready? That’s okay, too. Holds will no longer be automatically extended after June 30. If you would like your membership hold extended beyond June 30, complete the Hold Form or give us a call at 509 777 9622. You may also leave a message, or a call back number, as we know wait times will be longer than normal.
