Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired in these covid times? The YMCA of the Inland Northwest invites everyone to join this FREE six-week challenge to strengthen your spirit, mind, and body! You do not need to be a Y member to join and access to a YMCA branch is not required to participate.
We invite you to be active 30 minutes a day, five days a week, for six weeks! Join thousands of teammates locally & nationally as we hit RESET and start 2021 on a positive note. Participants will receive text messages with links to FREE motivational tools to set the foundation for healthy habits. The best part, you can participate in this challenge at home or anywhere. The flexibility will allow you to feel comfortable reaching your goals while being safe.
