Phillip “Buster” Harrison III Joins YMCA as Executive Director of Camp Reed

Phil first came to YMCA Camp Reed in the fifth grade on scholarship as part of the Principal Leadership Award. He began working as a summer counselor in 2007, while attending the University of Washington.  From 2011-2016, he worked as the Program Director while achieving his Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Phil couldn’t be happier to return back to YMCA Camp Reed as the Executive Director!
