YMCA360 May Movement Challenge
Inviting all YMCA Members to join the May Movement Challenge on YMCA360 and commit to a healthier, stronger you! This month, challenge yourself to move for 30 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week—whether it’s a high-energy cardio session, a strength workout, yoga, or trying something new. Regular movement boosts energy, improves mood, and supports overall well-being. Plus, you’ll have the chance to connect with others, stay motivated, and maybe even discover your new favorite workout! Complete the challenge, and you’ll be entered into a random prize drawing for a $60 YMCA Gift Certificate for the Y Program of your choice and some cool Y swag—because every step forward deserves a reward.
On May 1 open the YMCA360 app and choose ‘My Challenges’ to get started!
- Challenge Runs: May 1 – 31
- Goal: Complete 6 hours (360 min) of movement workouts/activities (maximum 30 min per day)
- Prizes will be awarded to one YMCA member from each branch who completes the 360 minutes by May 31. Winners chosen by random drawing.
- Workouts/activities can only be accumulated/tracked on your YMCA360 app or desktop account.
- If you connect YMCA360 to your wearable device (Apple watch, Fitbit, etc.) your workouts/activities will be added automatically.(See instructions on how to connect a wearable device)
- If you don’t have a wearable device you can add your workouts/time manually. 30 min a day maximum can be added, so add your workouts when you finish them, not in the last week of the Challenge. (See instructions)
