90 Days of Summer Challenge

The 90 Days of Summer Challenge is a ‘go at your own pace’ program designed to keep you healthy, active and motivated during the Summer. From June 1 – Aug 31, earn points for checking in and participating in programs at the Y! Points = prizes!

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Check in at the Y = 2 points (Limited to 1 check-in per day)

Attend a special Y activity = 5 points
• June 25, Noon-1pm | Volleyball | Central Y
• June 26, 6:30-7:30pm | Outdoor Zumba | North Y
• July 12, 6-6:50am | Sunrise Yoga | North Y
• July 18, 1-2pm | Dunk Tank with Daniel | Central Y
• July 18, 5:30-6:30pm | Hot Zumba Meltdown (Outdoor) | South Y
• July 18, 6:30pm | Outdoor Yoga | Valley Y
• August, 3 6-7am | Sunrise Yoga on YWCA Patio | Central Y
• August 10, 11am-1pm | Bike Parade & Safety Check | North Y
• August 10, 1-3pm | Swimming & Bounce House Party | Valley Y
• August 15, 5:30-6:15pm | Obstacle Course on Wellness Floor | South Y

Kids Events = 5 points
• July 27 | Kids Summer Olympic Games | Central Y (Registration required. Each participant receives a free t-shirt)

EARN PRIZES

• Earn 30 Points: Win a 90 Days of Summer T-shirt
• Earn 60 Points: Win a YMCA Towel
• Earn 90 Points: Win a YMCA Hoodie or Zip Sweatshirt
All registered participants entered into a drawing for
a FREE 3-month membership.
